Your Role
We believe in combining innovative technology with a personal touch to help our customers feel safe. We are in search of values-driven leaders to oversee our Monitoring Experience Specialists, who deliver life-saving monitoring services to our expanding subscriber base.
In this role, reporting to the Manager of Monitoring Experience on your designated schedule, you will provide the leadership and guidance necessary to implement effective operational controls, administrative procedures, and team dynamics to enhance communication and service during critical moments for our customers.
We aim to transform the connection between alarm companies, consumers, and the alarm response ecosystem, and we need leaders like you to drive this change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish team objectives that align with SimpliSafe’s vision to offer exceptional monitoring services, achieving CSAA Five-Diamond and UL Certification standards.
- Evaluate team performance and productivity, providing constructive feedback and coaching to foster member development.
- Forge strong working relationships through effective communication and team collaboration.
