As a General Contractor, our operations are project-based, leading to fluctuations in workflow based on project schedules. We are currently seeking qualified individuals for several key positions, including: Laborer Responsibilities include: Safely erecting, utilizing, and dismantling scaffolding, ladders, and temporary enclosures while working on multi-level structures.Transporting materials, measuring, cutting, fabricating, placing, and securing formwork, as well as pouring and finishing concrete.Performing additional tasks such as flagging, cleanup, and general material handling. Operator Responsibilities include: Conducting pre- and post-operation inspections, routine maintenance, and cleaning of equipment.Operating various machinery, including forklifts and cranes, in compliance with safety standards.Monitoring equipment condition while ensuring safety during heavy load operations. Carpenter Responsibilities include: Interpreting blueprints and assisting in structural design and installation.Performing repairs and installations while adhering to building codes and safety regulations.Utilizing tools and assessing material quality to ensure high standards of workmanship.
