Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity, preferably within a Sales environment. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and SQL for data manipulation and querying. Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines. Familiarity with data visualization tools; experience in dashboard creation is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to present complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Prior experience in account management, data analysis, and revenue reporting is advantageous. Understanding of CRM tools and their application in effective account management.
