Bob Johnson Kia is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for skilled and experienced military veterans to launch their careers as Kia Certified Service Technicians. This initiative is supported by the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP), tailored specifically for veterans seeking to transition into the automotive industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles, focusing on engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Accurately complete repair orders and warranty requests in line with Kia and Retailer policies.
- Conduct test drives and leverage Kia diagnostic tools to analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Deliver timely services while effectively communicating with the shop foreman and service advisors to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
