We are searching for a User Acquisition Manager focused on Meta to effectively promote our mobile product in the Wellness niche.
Opportunities Awaiting You:
→ Join a strong team of 5 User Acquisition Managers (junior to senior levels) and an in-house creative team of over 15 professionals;
→ Collaborate with a marketing team proficient in producing creatives (both motion and static) and a rapid testing cycle;
→ Develop multi-channel marketing strategies;
→ Test new approaches and enhance existing processes.
About You:
1-3 years of experience in a User Acquisition Manager role;
Strong understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention and their relations to company financial outcomes;
Experience with Meta advertising platforms (or TikTok Ads, Snapchat, etc.) and understanding their specifics;
Ability to understand the role of creatives in performance, formulate hypotheses, and generate ideas;
Proficient in analytics tools (Tableau, GA4, Looker Studio).
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and implement UA strategies for web platforms on Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.;
Plan, launch, daily optimize, and scale campaigns under clear KPIs (CAC/CPA, ROAS/ROMI);
Analyze and test: conduct A/B tests at various stages of the sales funnel, from clicks to conversions, analyze creative performance, and adjust campaigns to improve results;
Collaborate with the creative team: work together to create and adapt creatives for various formats and audiences;
Conduct competitive research and identify growth opportunities: new audiences, placements, bundles, and creative approaches.
