Your Challenges:Design and create corporate learning solutions that align with organizational and product objectives. Establish learning goals, outcomes, and success metrics to ensure training initiatives yield a measurable impact. Analyze learning and business metrics to assess training effectiveness and performance indicators. Utilize robust learning design principles to develop scalable and impactful learning experiences. Adopt a product mindset in your learning initiatives, constantly asking: “What is our purpose and what outcomes do we anticipate?”Formulate, validate, and iterate learning hypotheses through data analysis and stakeholder feedback. Make data-informed decisions amidst incomplete or conflicting information, balancing efficiency and quality. Collaborate with business stakeholders to pinpoint skill gaps and performance enhancement opportunities. Contribute to the advancement of corporate learning systems in a rapidly growing environment. Why You’re a Great Fit:Demonstrated experience in B2B or corporate learning (required). Experience as a Methodologist, Instructional Designer, or Learning Experience Designer at Middle or Senior level. Ideally, experience across both EdTech and corporate landscapes. Comprehensive understanding of learning design methodologies and frameworks. Experience in utilizing learning effectiveness metrics and business impact indicators. A product-oriented approach to link learning initiatives with business outcomes. Experience in hypothesis-driven learning design (development, validation, iteration). Strong systems thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
