Salary: Teacher Framework (Steps 1-29) Range: $64,735.44 - $115,369.76, based on experience and education level.

As an Education Specialist, you will be a vital resource in addressing the diverse needs of students with disabilities within the general education environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized instruction and support for students with special needs within a general education framework.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers to create tailored goals and objectives, and develop implementation strategies for students with IEPs.
  • Provide necessary accommodations to ensure all students can engage in learning and achieve success.
  • Conduct assessments and oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in coordination with classroom teachers and parents.
