Your responsibilities will include:Building the e-commerce division from the ground up: from strategy formulation to the launch of initial sales.Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and audience needs assessment to identify promising product categories and demand.Designing and executing tests to validate hypotheses about products, pricing, and target audiences, measuring and analyzing metrics in the product sales funnel.Developing and aligning the overall e-commerce strategy: business model, sales channels (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.), unit economics, objectives, and performance indicators.Selecting the platform(s) for launch, creating a plan for implementing the MVP shop, and overseeing its technical development alongside the team.Identifying potential suppliers, procurement models, logistics, fulfillment, and order service processes.Launching MVP sales, testing traffic channels, obtaining initial orders, and analyzing results.
