About the Role

Note: This role will be onsite in Toronto, Canada.

Step into a pivotal role as one of the inaugural Mid-Market Account Executives at Rootly, where you will play a crucial part in shaping our sales trajectory. This is an opportunity to experience life at a dynamic startup and contribute to building our sales foundation. You will:

  • Develop a robust book of business across North America, achieving 100% quota attainment in your first year.
  • Proactively source and close full sales cycles for opportunities ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
  • Engage with companies of up to 1,000 employees.
  • Compete effectively to position Rootly as the preferred Incident Management & On-Call platform for mid-market buyers.
  • Create and present insightful product narratives to executives within your assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with leaders across various functions to conduct product workshops and prepare ROI analyses.
  • Lead and contribute to team projects that enhance our sales process.
