This senior-level, hybrid role blends brand strategy, creative direction, and compelling storytelling. You will be responsible for shaping how Blackbird is perceived in the marketplace—designing strategies, systems, and narratives that influence how people connect with our brand.Your responsibilities will include leading the development of our brand and communications strategy, overseeing our visual and verbal identity, and collaborating across departments to ensure that every brand expression aligns with a cohesive and engaging narrative. You will work closely with leaders in Marketing, Product, Design, and Loyalty to integrate creative strategies with business objectives, enhance brand loyalty, and drive growth.In this role, you will manage a small, talented team, coordinate with creative partners, and establish frameworks that guide Blackbird’s current representation and future evolution.

The Events & Community Lead will build and nurture a local community from the ground up, bringing Omnea’s brand and momentum to a new market. This role is based in our New York City office and works closely with our GTM and Customer teams, as well as Arie.
