Essential Qualifications:Active US government secret clearance is mandatory.5-8 years of relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree can substitute for 2 years of direct experience. Proficiency with CI/CD platforms such as Gitlab, GitHub Actions, and Atlassian Bamboo. Experience with end-to-end (e2e) testing frameworks including Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress. Strong skills in PowerShell and Bash scripting. Ability to read and understand Python, JavaScript, and SQL code. Knowledge in packaging tests into suites for smoke and regression testing. Experience in setting up Linux and Windows test environments and executing test cases.

In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of our Agile development team, focusing on both manual and automated testing to ensure the highest quality of our software and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to facilitate the flawless integration and functionality of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement unit/component test procedures for all project components, design and execute integration test procedures, carry out regression tests, coordinate user acceptance testing, and create performance tests.
  • Perform comprehensive component integration testing, including performance and throughput benchmarking, fault tolerance, interface compliance, and functional completeness.
  • Assist with current production system break/fix and enhancement efforts, which involve requirements review, test formulation, scenario preparation, execution, and summary reports.
  • Document and analyze test results, generate status reports, and support the defect management process.
  • Conduct requirement analysis and independently develop quality test plans, test cases, and reports.
  • Support the creation of technical artifacts such as the Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM), Use Cases, and User Interface Specifications.
  • Regularly collect and report testing results to the architecture team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely progression of defect tracking and adhere to established processes, ensuring adequate retesting of resolved defects.
  • Identify opportunities for testing or work product enhancements.
  • Provide informal demonstrations of work to staff and customers as needed.
  • Document and manage defects and change requests; actively participate in Engineering Change Control processes and capture defect metrics.
