The Infrastructure department plays a crucial role in driving change, providing essential support, and delivering cutting-edge software-defined solutions.
As part of our QoS - Quality of Service team, you will ensure our clients receive the highest quality VPN service possible. This team includes Data Analysts to evaluate key metrics and Project Managers to spearhead service improvements.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing automation solutions tailored to specific business needs within the Quality of Service team.
- Actively participating in team design, planning, estimation, and the delivery of new features and bug fixes.
- Creating lightweight proofs of concept to facilitate rapid learning and guide future development.
- Producing high-quality, maintainable code.
- Collaborating closely with Project Managers and Data Analysts to drive enhancements.
