Qualifications
Key Responsibilities: Design and improve machine learning and AI models for predictive analytics, classification, forecasting, and AI-supported workflows. Create AI and ML solutions in Palantir Foundry utilizing Python alongside existing Foundry pipelines, Ontology objects, and workflows. Employ LLMs and NLP techniques (e.g., prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval-augmented workflows) leveraging Palantir AIP for enterprise applications. Collaborate with data engineers to comprehend data sources, maintain data quality, and prepare datasets for model training and inference. Execute experiments, assess model performance, and refine features and modeling approaches. Incorporate AI models into Foundry workflows to reveal insights and bolster business processes. Assist in model deployment and monitoring by adhering to established team standards and best practices. Engage with business and domain stakeholders to translate requirements into effective AI-driven solutions. Document model behaviors, assumptions, and limitations to ensure transparency and compliance. Stay abreast of AI and GenAI trends; contribute innovative ideas under the mentorship of senior team members.
