Qualifications
Qualifications:Proven experience in providing technical support to customers via phone or e-mail, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently. Experience handling help desk support in a classified environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least part of that experience within the last 2 years. A degree in a related field from an accredited institution is also required.
