Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Proven experience in designing visual content or graphic design layouts. Familiarity with architectural drawings. Knowledge of texture and shader applications. Understanding of animation principles, rigs, and anatomy. Experience working in a studio environment. Basic knowledge of camera operations. General understanding of the architecture industry. A positive, collaborative attitude as a team player. Experience with 3ds Max is desirable or essential. Extensive knowledge or familiarity with Corona rendering software.

Join our dynamic team as a Mid-Level Architectural Visualization Artist, where you'll be responsible for crafting stunning photorealistic digital content that showcases proposed buildings, landscapes, interiors, or products for our prestigious clients, which primarily include architects and real estate developers. This role is studio-based, allowing for collaboration and creativity in a vibrant environment.

In this position, you will:

  • Plan and create captivating visualizations using client-supplied materials.
  • Work closely with fellow artists to develop and refine content.
  • Utilize rendering engines to achieve magazine-quality, photorealistic results.
  • Incorporate feedback and adapt content accordingly.
  • Create additional assets such as furniture and props.
  • Take charge of your personal learning and development, documenting your progress.
  • Prepare educational materials for our engaging Friday showcase sessions.
  • Provide constructive feedback to your peers.
  • Contribute to and manage an extensive library of assets.
  • Establish effective lighting setups and compositions.
  • Offer insights and design expertise when required.
  • Lead smaller projects with guidance.
  • Engage with clients and design teams under supervision.
  • Multi-task on various deliverables across different projects.
