Your Profile is Key to Our Success · A college or university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace manufacturing, or other relevant disciplines.· A minimum of 5 years of experience in methods.· Experience in the aerospace sector and production support for medium series.· Knowledge of assembly processes (key features of simple or complex assembly tools, capability analysis tools, etc.).· Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.· Understanding and applying aerospace standards.· Familiarity with systems (hydraulic, pneumatic).· Ability to manage and interpret a manufacturing range.

About the job

Join a dynamic team of approximately fifteen professionals at Sogeclair, where you will play a crucial role in liaising with the Production sector to provide technical support to production operators and master the assembly line concerning industrialization and assembly processes.

Your primary responsibility will involve mastering the assembly phases of your assigned stations while proactively anticipating associated risks.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

· Interpreting, verifying, and approving documents from the engineering department.

· Demonstrating the ability to understand, interpret, and clarify ATP lots.

· Establishing assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.

· Preparing and presenting project proposals for validation across various company functions.

· Leading project follow-up meetings and keeping various tracking files up to date.

· Maintaining performance indices.

· Overseeing project activities through different phases: feasibility studies, preliminary projects, planning, procurement, implementation, and production ramp-up.

· Coordinating the implementation of engineering changes and assembly strategies by collaborating closely with departments such as logistics, quality, and production.

· Managing change requests during project execution.
