The Role
As a member of the Ingest team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our data for TV shows, movies, and series is accurately and efficiently integrated from various sources into our systems. This internship is perfect for detail-oriented problem solvers who thrive in data pipelines, scheduling systems, and enjoy collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a paid internship opportunity.
Please note: Fluency in Spanish from Spain is a requirement for this role.
Responsibilities
- Implement and refine hardcoding rules for parsers.
- Resolve issues with existing parsers and enhance them for new content sources.
- Establish new parsers as required for incoming data streams.
- Investigate and address internal data complaints.
- Monitor data integrity to ensure datasets are accurate, complete, and consistent.
- Check schedules for errors and communicate issues.
- Collaborate with the development team to solve scheduling challenges.
- Enhance scheduling setup for seamless operations.
- Assist management as needed.
- Respond promptly to customer support cases within SLA times.
- Ensure timely support and issue resolution for internal stakeholders.
