*Note: This is a 6-month internship starting from July 2026Strong familiarity with luxury brands and a keen interest in luxury bags and leather craftsmanship. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English with strong client-facing abilities. Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and/or Access. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proactive team player with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently. Availability to work 5 days a week (including weekends if necessary) starting in July, with a commitment for 6 months.

About the job

  • Support the merchandising team by crafting compelling product descriptions and attributes.

  • Conduct thorough quality control and verification checks on incoming inventory, ensuring accurate documentation of any defects and categorizing items by condition.

  • Assist in maintaining the in-house proprietary authentication bible, updating it with the latest materials and photographs.

  • Communicate with sellers to provide quotations and make informed pricing recommendations.

  • Engage in negotiations with sellers for inventory acquisition or consignment via WhatsApp and during in-person meetings.

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with sellers for inventory acquisition and consignment.

  • Support the regular maintenance of market research data related to the resale of luxury bags for brands accepted by Carousell Luxury.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Photoshoot, Marketing, and Sales.

  • Prepare monthly listings for discounted products.

  • Follow up on items sent for repair with third-party services.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the company.
