Qualifications

A Licensed Mental Health Professional with a full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in New York. Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as social work, counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution. Minimum of 6 months post-master's supervised experience in evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT). Familiarity with treating OCD using ERP and/or ACT is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills, eagerness to learn, excellent communication abilities, receptiveness to feedback, and effective time management. A conscientious self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment. Proficient in G-suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Adobe, with a tech-savvy mindset. A private, secure workspace with reliable internet access (minimum 50 Mbps download speeds).
