Your Mission
Transform qualified leads into Morrow memberships, emphasizing premium tiers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
• Independently source prospects through personal networks, referrals, corporate relationships, or strategic introductions.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Target executives, business owners, and high-achieving professionals.
Sales & Conversion
• Engage in structured discovery conversations.
• Present the Morrow value proposition with clarity and confidence.
• Address objections and successfully close membership sales.
• Coordinate onboarding processes with the Membership Experience team.
Relationship Development
• Establish long-term referral pipelines.
• Represent Morrow professionally at private gatherings and networking events.
• Uphold discretion and the premium positioning of the brand.
Reporting
• Monitor pipeline and closed sales.
• Provide monthly reports on activities and revenue.
Commission Structure
• Commission-based earnings.
• Attractive percentage for each membership sold.
• No income cap.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Minimum of 5 years in high-ticket sales, advisory roles, private banking, luxury real estate, executive recruitment, or wellness/medical memberships.
• Strong personal network within Singapore.
• Ability and comfort in selling premium memberships priced between $5,000 and $25,000.
• Self-driven and disciplined, requiring no daily oversight.
• Professional demeanor aligned with Morrow’s brand values.
