Required Skills and Experience:Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using electronic medical record applications (Central Reach experience preferred). Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite applications (Word, Excel). A minimum of 2 years of outpatient medical billing experience; prior experience in ABA billing is a plus.

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and professional Medical Biller to join our expanding team. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting our ABA service line, requiring high levels of confidentiality and professionalism while collaborating with staff, clients, and insurance payors. Responsibilities include the submission and management of claims to various insurance providers, including commercial payors and Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Electronically file initial and secondary insurance claims using EMR software.
  • Post payments and reconcile claims effectively.
  • Research and address claim issues or denials with payors promptly.
  • Proactively manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
  • Investigate and resolve payment recoupment requests.
