RoleDesign high-level architecture and oversee vehicle integration and testing operations. Define integration flows, plans, processes, and procedures for flight hardware. Assess designs for manufacturability and integration feasibility. Investigate non-conformances to identify root causes and implement actionable improvements. Engage directly with flight hardware during assembly, testing, and launch to ensure mission success. Develop ground support equipment to facilitate spacecraft assembly, integration, and testing. Establish and maintain detailed schedules, communicating task deadlines and required resources to the team. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as we expand. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a similar role. Proficient in handling, lifting, and constructing complex assemblies. Enthusiastic about hardware development, thriving in fast-paced environments, and engaging in hands-on design or process development. Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
