Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

•        Effectively organizes and delivers the assigned courses, adhering to the educational standards set by our organization.

•        Identifies and addresses the learning objectives for each module based on the semester syllabus, utilizing standard educational materials (presentations, notes).

•        Recognizes the educational needs of students and adapts lessons to their skill levels and the specific subjects being taught.

•        Creates an interactive and engaging learning environment by incorporating modern tools, technological applications (such as multimedia files, YouTube, 3D visualizations), and experiential learning methods (role-playing, simulations, case studies, etc.).

•        Utilizes the school's digital educational systems.

•        Willingness to participate in educational or developmental activities of the School.

 

Desired Educational Profile:

•        In-depth knowledge of the subject matter and the professional field related to the teaching discipline.

•        Innate desire to support, assist, and effectively manage students while embracing their youthfulness and diversity.

•        Ability to inspire and motivate students and serve as a role model.

•        Effective communication and collaboration skills with students and colleagues, demonstrating active listening.
