Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical design, ideally within the aerospace or satellite sectors. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX, SolidWorks) for 3D modeling and mechanical design. Experience using finite element analysis (FEA) tools (e.g., Calculix, PrePoMax) for structural assessment and optimization. Strong understanding of materials utilized in aerospace applications with the capability to select suitable materials based on thermal and mechanical criteria. Familiarity with environmental testing standards for space applications, including thermal vacuum, vibration, and shock testing. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset when addressing design challenges. Excellent communication skills and the capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. A genuine passion for space and telecommunications technology, with a dedication to achieving high-quality design solutions.

  • Design and develop innovative mechanical systems for enclosure structures, focusing on payload integration platforms and advanced mechanisms.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish mechanical requirements and seamlessly integrate subsystems into the overall system architecture.
  • Utilize finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulation tools to assess the structural integrity of designs under operational loads.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including CAD models, assemblies, and technical specifications.
  • Supervise the fabrication and assembly of mechanical components, while coordinating testing to validate design performance metrics.
  • Conduct thorough design reviews and evaluations to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
