About the job
Join Hadrian - Shaping the Future of Manufacturing
At Hadrian, we are pioneering the development of autonomous factories that empower aerospace and defense industries to manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships at speeds up to ten times faster and at costs up to fifty percent less. By seamlessly integrating cutting-edge software, robotics, and comprehensive manufacturing processes, we're redefining production methods for America's most essential components.
Our company, valued at $1.6 billion, is on an exciting growth trajectory with the upcoming launch of Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona—a sprawling 290,000-square-foot facility that will create 350 new jobs. We are rapidly expanding our operations to accommodate thousands of future positions, launching Hadrian Maritime to venture into naval production, and introducing a Factory-as-a-Service model that provides complete systems rather than individual components.
With backing from top-tier investors such as T. Rowe Price, Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our swiftly growing team is dedicated to revitalizing American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond.
