Expertise in developing and maintaining detailed resource-loaded schedules for multiple concurrent satellite production and launch programs, covering flight hardware, R&D hardware, tooling, and test equipment. Collaboration with the production leadership team to create and implement realistic yet ambitious plans, and integration with the engineering program management team to align these schedules with comprehensive programmatic timelines. Ability to articulate clear targets and priorities for all hardware components to the relevant production teams, and coordination with production managers to ensure optimal resource allocation, schedule accuracy, and timely delivery. Leadership of a team of production coordinators in an indirect reporting and matrix organizational structure to ensure proper prioritization of tasks and objectives.

Master Scheduler

The Master Scheduler will take ownership of the Astranis production schedule across all programs and will lead the Production Control function. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining ambitious yet feasible plans, gaining support from key stakeholders, and collaborating with company leadership and production resources to ensure successful execution.

The ideal candidate will excel at distilling a complex production schedule into clear, manageable targets that are easily understood. You should possess the ability to navigate intricate problems with extensive data, proactively identify potential issues, and demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
