About the job
Join Hilbert, a cutting-edge growth engine driven by data science, revolutionizing how B2C teams gain predictive insights into user behaviors and revenue generators.
From Fortune 10 companies to popular brands like FreshDirect, Blank Street, and Levain Bakery, Hilbert is the go-to platform for growth. We are also collaborating with leading AI firms to enhance our offerings.
We are seeking a passionate Martech Data Engineer who excels in navigating the APIs of today's marketing technology landscape. Our vision is to achieve 'Zero-Config' data ingestion, allowing clients to effortlessly connect their Facebook Ads or Klaviyo accounts and receive instant insights from Hilbert AI. You will play a crucial role in making this vision a reality by mastering the complexities of various marketing and CRM tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
API Mastery: Deep familiarity with the documentation of leading platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, GA4, Klaviyo, or Braze, understanding their intricacies.
Generic Solutions: Your aim is to create solutions that are universally applicable across clients using the same tools, not just one-off custom fixes.
Data Transformation: Proficiency in converting complex JSON responses from third-party APIs into streamlined analytical schemas.
Technical Skills: Strong command of Python and experience with Airbyte (building custom connectors is highly desirable). Familiarity with ClickHouse-like OLAP databases is a plus.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Experience in developing and automating data ingestion pipelines for major marketing platforms.
Ability to design workflows with minimal configuration, facilitating smoother onboarding experiences for our customers.
Expertise in mapping event data from platforms like Posthog, Segment, GA4, or Bloomreach into a cohesive identity and event stream.
Collaborate closely with the Core Data team to ensure seamless integration of Martech data into our primary ClickHouse and ML environment.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience in the E-commerce or Retail sectors, with a clear understanding of concepts such as SKUs and attribution windows.
Familiarity with product event usage data.
Contributions to open-source projects in relevant technologies.
