The Marketing Team is one of the largest at Fever, supporting nearly every department. Using data and research, the team develops and analyzes full-scale marketing campaigns that encourage people to discover the best experiences in their cities. Teams within the department include Acquisition, Growth, Category Management, CRM, Social Media, Content, and Creative Optimization.
Role Overview: Marketing Strategy Manager - Entertainment and Venues
Location: Madrid
The Marketing Strategy Manager will focus on entertainment and venues, shaping the marketing approach for a wide range of high-impact experiences.
What You Will Do
- Own the marketing strategy for assigned experiences, driving demand, visibility, and long-term growth across a diverse portfolio.
- Develop scalable strategies for exclusive global experiences, including both strategic partner events and Fever Originals.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across Meta (main channel), Google, TikTok, and new platforms, ensuring strong performance and return on investment.
- Work closely with the Business Strategy and Growth Marketing teams to review performance, spot opportunities, and refine strategies to maximize growth.
