Role Overview

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will spearhead our marketing initiatives, empowering our team to execute impactful campaigns with precision and efficiency.

Your collaboration with various departments will be essential to streamline marketing processes and ensure data accuracy, ultimately driving results across all marketing channels. Your proficiency in marketing technology and operations will be critical in laying the groundwork for our marketing triumphs.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Automation & Campaign Operations

  • Platform Mastery (HubSpot/SFDC): Design, manage, and implement sophisticated email nurturing campaigns and inbound lead flows within HubSpot, ensuring technical integrity and peak performance. This includes identifying and segmenting target leads aligning with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Full-Funnel Accountability: Support lead generation efforts with a key responsibility for meeting Lead, MQL, and SQL targets in line with FY27 planning outputs.
  • Content Deployment: Leverage marketing materials, including Generative AI white papers and executive webinars, to attract and engage target audiences.
  • AI-Driven Insights: Advocate for data-driven insights to maximize the ROI of marketing expenditures.

Event Logistics & Data Management

  • Comprehensive Event Management: Lead the planning, design, and execution of trade shows and tailored events, overseeing all aspects from vendor management to on-site operations.
