About the Role

The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing top-tier marketing campaigns aimed at maximizing brand visibility and customer loyalty in the Southern European market. Aligned with corporate objectives, you will aid in advancing the growth strategy for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, enhancing its market presence and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the marketing calendar focusing on New Product Launches and strategic priorities.
  • Generate and source all marketing materials in accordance with guidance from the Global Marketing team.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including Global Marketing, Sales & Education, Retail Operations, external vendors, and retail partners.
  • Lead local events, including the coordination of Masterclasses.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate promotional campaigns, special events, and tactical initiatives, sharing outcomes with the broader team.
  • Assist in launching the Charlotte Tilbury brand in new stores and markets throughout the region.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring timely creation of Purchase Orders to facilitate marketing activities within set financial parameters.
  • Provide creative and administrative support to the marketing department.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing inquiries from field and headquarters teams.
