Role overview The Marketing Operations Manager shapes and implements marketing strategies at Zip. This role manages systems, data, and processes to enhance marketing effectiveness. Collaboration is key, with close work alongside growth, marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to bring structure and scalability to marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this position partners with the broader Marketing organization to oversee processes, infrastructure, and insights that drive pipeline generation and brand awareness.
