About This Role
In the role of Marketing Analytics Manager at Speak, you will oversee the analytics systems, derive insights, and establish experimentation frameworks that drive our global growth initiatives. You will serve as a crucial analytics partner for our global Growth teams, taking charge of performance modeling, measurement infrastructure, and media investment strategies.
This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the next stage of the Marketing Analytics function at Speak with considerable autonomy and ownership. We seek a candidate who is not only analytically adept but also highly strategic—a visionary who can scale systems and generate insights that influence our comprehensive marketing and growth roadmap.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead and enhance Speak’s global marketing analytics function, encompassing dashboards, attribution, experimentation, and incrementality/MMM.
Collaborate with global growth teams to inform investment strategies across various channels including performance marketing, CRM, brand (TV, OOH), ASO/SEO, influencer marketing, and offline avenues.
Design and oversee the analytics infrastructure that provides accurate, rapid, and scalable insights across diverse markets and platforms.
Establish and operationalize frameworks for assessing CAC, LTV, ROI, incrementality, and media efficiency.
Boost experimentation velocity by supporting the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and other experiments.
