Role Overview

We are searching for a Marketing Analyst who specializes in modeling and incrementality testing within performance marketing. This pivotal role will collaborate closely with marketing and product growth teams to assess and enhance the impact of their initiatives at Speak. The ideal candidate will possess a robust combination of technical marketing expertise and a proven ability to deliver actionable insights to optimize user acquisition both in the US and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create analyses, dashboards, and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing strategies.

  • Oversee the reporting of critical marketing metrics and expenditure data in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, including finance and product teams.

  • Develop and refine internal models for attribution, media mix, and lifetime value (LTV) forecasting.

  • Design and conduct incrementality tests to uncover stronger causal relationships between marketing campaigns and conversions.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to marketing leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic planning and goal-setting.
