Your Responsibilities:
Attend to vessels and manage all operational tasks in accordance with GAC’s Quality Management System.
Respond to inquiries and assist our principals with prompt, professional communication.
Coordinate vessel arrivals with port staff, including pilots, tugs, line handlers, terminal operators, and government officials.
Oversee all communications during vessel activities, ensuring that principals, owners/operators, and port personnel are fully informed.
Prepare and finalize necessary documentation, including governmental forms and company reports such as the Statement of Facts.
