Assist in technology projection studies for advanced nodes (e.g., GAA, CFET, stacked, or vertical architectures).Compact Modeling & TCAD-to-SPICE Integration:1. Create streamlined compact models or parameterized abstractions from device/TCAD outcomes.2. Facilitate TCAD-to-SPICE transitions for circuit-level simulations and evaluations.3. Ensure alignment between device physics, TCAD behavior, and circuit-level responses.Circuit-Level Simulation & Evaluation:1.
