Role Overview The Executive Business Partner Program Manager (18-month contract) plays a central role in shaping and managing DeepMind’s strategic E/ABP program. This position works closely with Executive and Administrative Business Partners throughout the organization, providing coaching and support to help them succeed. Building strong relationships with a wide range of senior stakeholders is key to ensuring the E/ABP community remains effective and adapts as business needs change. Lead a team of E/ABPs by setting expectations, offering feedback, and supporting their professional development. Monitor and manage metrics and resources to meet organizational targets, ensuring effective workload management and prioritization. Guide the team through change, encouraging innovation and thoughtful risk-taking to improve business results. Oversee E/ABP recruitment strategy with the Talent Acquisition team, supporting fair and strategic hiring practices. Foster a sense of belonging, psychological safety, and respect within the community, encouraging collaboration and team achievement.
