Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or project engineering within a manufacturing setting; background in rail or sanitary systems is highly desirable. Proficient in SAP ERP systems and planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Advanced skills in Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Rolen Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in crafting, sustaining, and enhancing production schedules and resource plans to facilitate the efficient assembly of sanitary units for rail vehicles. This dynamic position serves as a vital link between engineering, procurement, and production teams, ensuring timely deliveries, effective cost management, and unwavering quality compliance throughout all manufacturing phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee comprehensive production plans and schedules that align with customer delivery expectations and internal capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to guarantee material availability and technical preparedness.
  • Monitor the progress of assembly operations, pinpoint bottlenecks, and adapt plans to alleviate delays.
  • Examine production data and KPIs to enhance workflow efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Partner with quality and compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Engage with suppliers and external partners to synchronize lead times and delivery schedules.
  • Generate regular reports and updates for management regarding project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
  • Manage BOM and changes in SAP.
  • Document projects (Work Instructions, self-checks, PFMEA, process diagrams, packaging documentation, etc.).
  • Track online incidents using the incidence register file.
  • Oversee label control according to the current version (configurable management).
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts (tools, process enhancements, etc.).
