Role Overview

The Manufacturing Engineering Test Technician supports the quality and performance of Archer’s aircraft during production. This role centers on functional and end-of-line testing, ensuring each aircraft meets integration and performance standards before moving to flight testing. The technician helps bridge the gap from prototype builds to production by validating systems, software, and electrical performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run aircraft-level functional and end-of-line (EOL) tests on fully assembled vehicles to confirm system integration and readiness for delivery or flight testing.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues across aircraft systems using tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes to diagnose and resolve system-level problems.
  • Follow detailed test protocols and document results to support compliance and quality assurance efforts.
