Manufacturing Engineering Manager (PCBA)
As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager (PCBA), you will spearhead the production strategy to establish and expand our internal PCBA production capabilities, aimed at achieving our ambitious rate targets. You will be at the forefront of working with state-of-the-art MicroGEO satellite technology, overseeing all PCBA assembly and testing operations to ensure our hardware meets stringent mission-critical quality standards.
Your role will encompass the entire production lifecycle, including equipment and process selection, factory layout optimization, capacity planning, staffing, new product introduction, and collaborating with design engineering to enhance design-for-manufacturability.
