Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly in NPI environments. Strong knowledge of DFX principles, process design, validation, and fixture development. Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to engineering challenges. Familiarity with automation processes and high-volume production techniques is preferred.

As a Manufacturing Engineer II on our New Product Introduction (NPI) team, you will play a crucial role in the development and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include supporting prototype and pre-production builds across various stages (prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT), ensuring a seamless transition from initial development to mass production while maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Supply Chain, and external manufacturing teams to provide Design for Excellence (DFX) feedback, driving designs that are manufacturable, scalable via automation, and optimized for performance, cost, and speed in high-volume operations. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in DFX, process design and validation, fixture development, and a keen interest in supporting build execution in dynamic factory settings.
