Deliver expert Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) recommendations, influencing product designs to align with efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes. Evaluate engineering drawings, material choices, and tolerance stacks to proactively identify and mitigate manufacturing risks early in the product lifecycle. Diagnose and resolve production line issues, assembly challenges, process deviations, and tooling problems to minimize downtime and adhere to production schedules. Clearly interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions for the production team. Develop, sustain, and enhance detailed manufacturing work instructions, assembly guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality, managing these requirements within Anduril’s MES. Act as the technical authority for investigating complex or systemic production issues, conducting thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to determine underlying causes.
