Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings. Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial control systems. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Basic QualificationsAssociate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth daily operation of automated manufacturing equipment to maximize performance and minimize downtime.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and automation-related issues on production machinery.

  • Analyze equipment blueprints, electrical schematics, and assembly drawings to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Assist in equipment upgrades, automation enhancements, and the rollout of new machinery.

  • Work collaboratively with engineering and maintenance teams to diagnose root causes and implement effective corrective actions.

  • Maintain an organized spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted production.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting equipment reliability, efficiency, and process optimization.

  • Assist with setup, validation, and readiness activities for production equipment.

  • Provide comprehensive technical documentation and support engineering change processes as required.

  • Design and construct custom machinery to enhance operational workflows.
