Advising clients on recognizing data as a valuable asset, ensuring the integrity and architecture of data can support scalable AI initiatives. Diagnosing client challenges and designing effective solutions, outlining necessary processes and architectures for success. Proposing modern measurement frameworks to assess the ROI of AI deployments alongside traditional digital services. Engaging directly with extensive data sets to derive actionable commercial insights. Conducting technical feasibility assessments to evaluate the viability, cost-effectiveness, and technical soundness of proposed use cases (Build vs. Buy analysis). Crafting target operating models and training programs to integrate AI into daily business practices. Leading discussions on data and AI governance, ensuring safe, unbiased, transparent adoption that complies with emerging global regulations. Knowledge of LLMOps, Vector Databases, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures and their integration with traditional Lakehouse environments (Snowflake/Databricks). Expertise across the data lifecycle, from ingestion (ETL/ELT) to visualization (Tableau/PowerBI/Looker) and advanced governance (Collibra/Alation). Demonstrated experience in professional services, effectively guiding C-Suite clients and leadership teams through transformational initiatives.
