The UK Account Management team is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee our Strategic Account Managers within the UK Mid-Market segment. As a front-line manager, you will lead a team dedicated to retaining and expanding relationships with Square's largest sellers. Your role will involve directly managing a team of 7 Strategic Account Managers while driving revenue growth and ensuring client retention across your team's portfolio. You will provide personalized coaching and performance management for senior Account Managers, develop effective processes and insights to enhance team performance, and influence the design of future programs. Additionally, you will identify and implement ongoing training initiatives and manage impactful cross-functional projects that benefit the organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a high-performing individual contributor in the mid-market and enterprise sectors, alongside a track record of coaching and developing talent. You should also have demonstrated experience leading projects, generating revenue growth, and advocating for clients within the organization. Exceptional candidates thrive on mentoring others and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
