Facilitate alignment in the ideation, advocacy, and execution of projects. Plan and implement third-party marketing initiatives across key channels, including Nintendo Directs, Indie World Showcases, trade shows, preview events, and original video content. Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations, collaborating with global Nintendo stakeholders, regional marketing teams, internal channel owners, agencies, and external partners. Ensure marketing initiatives are fully prepared by aligning on strategies and deliverables.

The PDR (Publisher & Developer Relations) Marketing team is responsible for increasing awareness and sales of third-party games on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, advocating for our partners' titles across Nintendo’s prominent global channels. This role will oversee comprehensive third-party marketing activations through major platforms including Nintendo Directs, Indie World Showcases, trade events, preview gatherings, and original content.

We are looking for an experienced manager who can lead with confidence and clarity through periods of change and complexity, providing clear direction, accountability, and talent development in a dynamic, highly collaborative global environment.
