Job Overview:
The Manager, People Business Partner plays a crucial role in facilitating essential HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This position provides day-to-day support to managers and employees, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and organizational change initiatives. By ensuring accurate HR data management, addressing employee relations issues, and partnering with cross-functional teams, this role contributes to the smooth operation of people processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with the organization’s workforce and business goals.
Location: New York City/NJ or surrounding area. This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring two days a week in the office.
