Key Responsibilities and Technologies
As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering payment services. You will act as the product owner for our Payment Services product and work closely with development teams, clients, and stakeholders to maximize product value and ensure strategic direction.
You'll be part of an influential team driving innovation in the payment sector, collaborating with dedicated specialists in both Denmark and Poland to shape the future of banking solutions in the Nordics.
This role offers you the opportunity to apply and challenge your skills while gaining practical experience with complex payment infrastructures and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with banks on commercial projects, leveraging your business acumen to deliver strong results and enhance partnerships between NBS and external providers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and prioritizing Product Backlog items to meet business requirements, ensuring transparency and clarity for all stakeholders.
- Developing clear acceptance criteria and definitions of done in close collaboration with the team to facilitate effective development and implementation.
- Communicating product vision and strategy within your area of responsibility to development teams and other stakeholders.
- Collaborating with clients and sales teams to understand needs and ensure proper product positioning.
- Contributing to strategic planning and roadmaps while driving innovation and continuous optimization of existing services and operations.
About You
We envision you as a visionary business developer who can translate strategy, requirements, and customer needs into concrete initiatives. You develop clear, conceptual solutions and effectively communicate them across functions. You excel in product breakdown and backlog management (preferably in Azure DevOps) and have a solid understanding of finance and reporting. Additionally, you possess a management mindset focused on customer value and team success.
We expect you to have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
