Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the technical lead throughout the partner integration lifecycle, managing technical discovery, System Integrator selection, and drafting Statements of Work (SOW) for new integrations. Serve as the liaison between partnership and product/engineering teams, both internally and externally. Offer expertise on platforms for merchants, assist with merchant RFPs, and address technical inquiries, serving as the escalation point for resolving issues with partner technical contacts. Contribute insights to partnership and product teams regarding technology trends, integration challenges, upcoming features, and platform product roadmaps. Act as a technical ambassador for platform partners, promoting their capabilities internally and externally. Develop integrations into technology stacks, including APIs. Conduct debugging and user acceptance testing (UAT), along with code reviews.
