About the Role

As a Manager, you will leverage your successful digital career, leading cross-functional teams of consultants, designers, and developers. Your experience in steering large-scale projects from inception to completion will be pivotal. You will primarily oversee strategy and management consulting projects, as well as design and technology delivery engagements, ensuring client expectations are met with excellence.

In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with Konrad’s senior leadership, guiding your team through the complete project lifecycle. With your extensive background, you will utilize Konrad’s Strategy and Design Thinking Process to tackle complex business issues, facilitating impactful end-to-end customer experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead engagement processes involving strategy and design thinking, project scope, timelines, organization, resource allocation, implementation, and risk management.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project and program visions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and resolving project-level issues independently.
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions to problems while spotting opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize your experience to devise software solutions across various client verticals.
  • Facilitate user experience design thinking workshops with clients.
  • Identify business development opportunities to expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Interpret and understand clients' business challenges and goals to drive successful outcomes.
