We are currently seeking a Manager of Strategic Alliances to drive the expansion of Orgvue’s utilization among our strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft personalized Joint Value propositions for each partner:
- Collaborate closely with the partner's extended team to assess the alignment of Orgvue with their offerings and project execution.
- Create persuasive value propositions to enhance Orgvue’s adoption within specific partners.
- Design and implement a communication and capability-building strategy to integrate joint value propositions effectively.
- Analyze strategic business plans with our partners to uncover opportunities for enhancing and growing Orgvue’s usage.
Core Partner Proposition Development:
- Identify key stakeholders, priorities, and requirements for core partner propositions in collaboration with partners.
- Work alongside our Partner Solutions and Partner Success teams to develop priority use cases and propositions, leveraging product and marketing teams for necessary content.
- Effectively communicate product, proposition, and service offerings to partners.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, propositions, sales collateral, and onboarding resources.
- Act as the ‘Orgvue Evangelist’ within identified partners, interfacing with Product Management and Customer Experience teams.
Partner Ecosystem Development:
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our partner ecosystem.
- Support team financial metrics and KPIs.
- Provide insights for internal process and system enhancements to facilitate scalable partnership management.
- Continuously expand knowledge of Orgvue’s product roadmap, capabilities, and competitive landscape.
